WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE AN AGENT?
If you have already signed a sole agency contract, IT IS STILL POSSIBLE TO SELL YOUR PROPERTY THROUGH US without paying the agent any commission, as by definition we are a marketing company and therefore you are not using the services of an estate agent to sell your property.
DOES THIS APPLY IF I HAVE SIGNED A CONTRACT THAT STATES SOLE SELLING RIGHTS?
Always check your contract with an agent as although uncommon some agents specify
sole selling rights. This means that even if you sold your house privately you would
still have to pay the agents commission .There is the question that this contravenes
consumer legislation regarding unfair practise and contract terms. However if you still
wish to sell your property privately it is probably simpler to wait until your contract
has expired with the agent.
WILL I HAVE A FOR SALE BOARD?
Yes upon listing your property a for sale board will be dispatched to you,
it is still accepted that a for sale board is still a tried and tested selling tool.
HOW LONG WILL MY LISTING LAST?
Your listing will last until either your property is sold or until you decide to remove it from the listings.
WHAT DOES MULTI LISTING MEAN?
This means that you will have the benefit of your property being listed on other carefully selected property sites.
DO I NEED A HIPs PACK?
You will need to order a HIPs and have a HIPs pack in place before you start to market your property.
